Create a smart campaign to send alert to lead owner.

Hello Community,

How do i create an "Engaged" Smart Campaign that would send an alert to the lead owner if a lead has clicked a link in 2+ emails?

Sure

Trigger; Clicks Link in Email "X' at least 2 times
[any filters you want]

Flow:
Send Alert IS "Sales Alert - X"

You create the sales alert by creating a regular email and dropping it in there. Usually I call all sales alerts by "Sales Alert' to avoid confusion.
