      The Marketing Automation and CRM Manager will lead and manage Marketo-based marketing automation and lead generation initiatives. With advanced skills in marketing and CRM tools, Manager will work closely with marketing and sales teams to help them create, launch, manage and optimize segmented and targeted B2B and B2C programs. Additionally, the Marketing Automation and CRM Manager will help leverage SEM opportunities, refine lead management strategies, optimize lead/sales processing tasks and measure lead/sales delivery effectiveness. This position is located in New York City, New York. 

      Responsibilities include but not limited to:
      • Lead, manage and administer B2B and B2C Marketo marketing automation initiatives -across multiple touch points/assets -- that help optimize marketing campaign effectiveness,
      • performance, flexibility and delivery of qualified leads to sales via Salesforce integration and direct sales to MHE via MH Professional website.
      • Optimize Salesforce and MHP master file contact database for greater campaign effectiveness through segmentation, streamlining of lead routing/follow-up process, and file expansion (data enhancement, cleansing, normalization, acquisition).
      • Work closely and build strong relationship with sales and marketing to maximize the effectiveness of marketing automation to drive both quantity and quality of leads, improve conversion to opportunities and drive increased revenue.
      • Define marketing analytics, KPI's and create dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of program/process: Database optimization, campaign effectiveness, lead distribution, pipeline contribution, Return on Marketing investment (ROMI), overall marketing performance.
      • Establish lead-scoring in Marketo that aligns with sales team prospect qualifications in Salesforce and support the execution of integrated inbound and outbound marketing and lead nurture campaigns.
      • Leverage search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives. Coordinate online marketing lead generation efforts, including search engine marketing, content marketing (webinars, free trials, direct marketing) with Marketo programs.
      • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing on emails and landing pages to continually maximize performance/ROI.

      Required Skills:
      • Four+ years experience in B2B and B2C marketing operations and automation with hands-on experience administering marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, Act-On and Salesforce.com.
      • Four year degree in business, marketing, mathematics, database administration or related field.
      • Experience implementing and optimizing lead scoring models strongly preferred.
      • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
      • Strong background in data mining & analysis.
      • Experienced in data maintenance and data hygiene tactics.
      • Strong understanding of marketing best practices around email deliverables.
      • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Strong process and quality orientation with attention to detail.
      • Understanding of lead management processes and technologies.
      • Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player who likes to initiate/lead processes with credibility and deliver results.
      • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), ability to present to management, stakeholders and think strategically.
