      We’re looking for someone who has a passion for analytics, data, and building top-notch marketing campaigns. This is the perfect opportunity for a marketer with a deep interest in defining marketing best practices and who enjoys understanding the ins and outs of an entire marketing department.

      Responsibilities

      • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce.com, such as lead scoring, segmentation, and data cleansing
      • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that measure the ROI of marketing campaigns
      • Build and maintain processes to track the success of marketing programs
      • Digital campaign execution for multi-channel marketing programs (events, webinars, email marketing, CTAs)
      • Create assets (emails, landing pages, forms)
      • Propose improvements to Marketing and Sales processes to drive speed and efficiency in systems


      Required Skills/Experience
      • Familiar with CRM (Salesforce.com or alternative) and marketing automation solutions (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)
      • Analytical mindset to draw conclusions from reports and offer insightful recommendations
      • Ambitious attitude with the ability to thrive in a rapidly-changing environment while managing multiple projects
      • Has solid attention to detail and time management skills
      • Process and design oriented; enjoys solving challenging problems
      • Team player who enjoys working in cross-functional teams
      • Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
      • Stays up to date with Marketing Technologies

      Preffered Skills:
      • Marketo certified
      • Revenue Cycle Analytics reporting
