I have 4 engagement programs related to topic of interests. Leads can be in more than 1 engagement program at a time.
They're scheduled like so:
1 - every two weeks Mon 2 - every two weeks Wed 3 - the other every two weeks Tues 4 - the other every two weeks Thurs
If I decide to set my comms limit to one per week, does that mean leads have to exhaust content in engagement programs 1 and 3 before they get to 2 and 4 because 1 and 3 are scheduled to go out before 2 and 4 in the week?
Of course this only affects those who are in multiple drips but I'd still rather it alternate - what's your suggestion?
Yes you are correct. The way to avoid this would be to ignore limits on the two nurtures that fall later into the week or set the communications as operational. However, these work arounds would defeat the purpose of only allowing leads to receive one email per week.
