    LaunchPoint New Service Setup

      I am attempting to setup a new service in LaunchPoint. Previously, I added a new user associated with an API only role. When I attempt to create a new service and fill out the necessary info, Display Name, etc. and then click on API Only User it does not populate any email addresses instead it says loading and returns nothing. Any idea why this is happening? I setup an API only user and associated it with a new service without any issues in Sandbox - not sure why this is a problem in Production?
