I know this sounds simple, but have you confirmed that those email addresses are not unsubscribed and that your program schedule has a qualification rule of run the lead through the campaign flow every time?
Other than what Mary said, check:
- did the lead qualify on the scheduled batch version of the campaign?
- when you test triggers, the lead has to have some sort of change + meet the other criteria. Did your test leads meet that?
- did you verify you have an email in Send Email?
- What exactly are the smart list and flow steps?
- in gmail you can do this to "create" new emails: firstname.lastname@example.org so you do not need your friends to help. You can also get a domain and send all the emails you want to it.
