Unfortunately not, but you can always create a custom field, which can then be tokenized.
We currently have a custom field created called Bounce Reason which is where both the Soft Bounce cause and Hard Bounce cause are populated. As stated before, the Hard Bounce cause is populated using the token Invalid Email Cause and the Soft Bounce Cause is populated by text we inserted which is "Soft Bounced 3 Times in 90 days." We would really like the actual cause that you can see on a leads Activity Log to populate for the Soft Bounce Cause. How can I create a token to populte the Soft Bounce Cause in this custom field?
