We are actively looking for an amazing addition to our stellar team of Marketing specialists. We have several Silicon Valley based super fancy clients for whom we deploy Marketing Automation Programs and Campaigns. We are looking for an amazing, smart, consultative, prescriptive Data and Insights Analyst to help derive insights and recommendations based on data sourced from multiple platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Excel etc).
This position will be working directly with our clients, and their data,to understand their business and provide valuable insights and recommendations into what they can learn from their Marketing Automation and Integrated Campaign Initiatives. This position is a hands on role that will require superior stakeholder management and data expertise. It will also require mastery of the data coming from Marketing technology platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.
Proactively guide and direct what areas of data and insights our clients should focus on
Work with cross-functional team to source data and build reports and executive dashboards that communicate campaign insights
Analyze and profile client’s customer base and leverage the data to identify the digital footprint of the buyer. Use this data to advise on personalized communications to the buyer.
Establish success metrics, and guide client team to execute campaigns and report on performance
Manipulate large data sets with sophisticated Excel Macros to enable very high level of email campaign personalization and analysis.
The right candidate can just build the Campaign Insights Practice for Marvel Marketers …. that is really where we want to be
Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years relevant experience as an analyst working with large datasets.
Proficient in Excel Macros and able to build dashboards and run reports.
Ability to build Executive, Program Manager and Big Data Dashboards
Statistics/ Economics Background highly desired mostly because of the mastery it gives you with data
Understand, love and get a kick of out data. Appreciate how your recommendations can drive the direction of the business.
Understand that your relationship with your stakeholder and client is at least 50% of the success of any project.
Experience with Salesforce and Marketo a huge plus (at least one required). Ability to learn fast is required.
Experience with understanding how data ties into “The Buyers Journey”, “The Upsell Journey” and “The Clients’ Marketing Automation Story” huge plus.
