The G/O Digital Marketing Automation Coordinator will be responsible for creating and executing email and marketing automation programs across multiple verticals and departments. This position will support lead generation, nurturing programs, and other marketing initiatives using Marketo to execute tactical tasks associated with email campaigns, landing pages, forms creation. Will build, test and deploy email campaigns, coding and editing HTML, verifying copy, layout, links, and dynamic content as well as assessing and addressing any spam risks.

•Ensure emails render properly in multiple desktop and mobile browsers
•Optimize email performance by collecting, analyzing, and reporting findings
•Provide reporting for multiple campaigns to ensure campaigns are performing to optimal levels
•Support lead generation and nurturing programs, lead scoring, and progressive profiling initiatives: Build out assets for lead automated programs using Marketo; set up and execute tactical tasks associated with customized landing pages, forms creation, email campaigns and lead scoring rules
•Understand segmentation best practices for efficient and effective campaign targeting.
•Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI
•Support the daily operations of the marketing team.
•Maintain email calendar
•1+ Years of marketing automation experience with platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc
•1+ Years of experience with CRM platforms such as SalesForce.com
•Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign management
•Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment under tight deadlines is a must
