Did you look to see if the leads have data? Go through the lead activity log to check if things were processed and synced correctly.
Check your email to see if the token is correct. Try a test on yourself.

What does the token look like?
I haven't changed anything that would make this suddenly break. Based on the lead activity, the lead is syncing to Salesforce before the alert email comes out. Mostly what weirds me out is that it worked fine for an entire year and then just doesn't work anymore.
If it's a token that displays the Salesforce link and the leads aren't syncing to Salesforce then there's nothing for the token to display which is why the links have disappeared.
I'd contact Support, provide examples of a few different leads showing the problem, and then we can check our log files and see if there are any errors preventing them from syncing to Salesforce. I've seen a lot of interesting things that can cause a sync failure.
