Check your flow step to see whom it is being assigned to. Activities cannot be assigned to a Queue.
Yeah, anytime you have a flow action that fires an email and you're syncing activities over to SFDC, it's always going to show up under the user account from which the sync was built. I don't know of any way to avoid this, unfortunately. The only thing I can think of doing is using a flow step to create a separate task which is assigned to the lead owner.
