Hi. The new SFDC/Marketo instance I walked into has (at leaston the SFDC side): 
1. Do not call
2. Do not solicit
3. Do not mail

These are all checkboxes. Just wondering if marketo's default configuration would catch any records which have any of these marked (2 of the 3, at least.)

Otherwise, these would need to be filtered out on the SFDC side before a smart list import; is this correct?

All three fields should have been synched over to Marketo, unless the Marketing Sync user you use to sync the systems does not have visibility to those fields. 

And I'm not sure I follow your last question? Are creating a SFDC report to export and then import into Marketo?
