You will need to run a smart campaign to "Unpause" a person in an engagement program.
Doesn't this depend on how this was done?
- if Unsubscribes, they just won't get the email. Do they also become Paused automatically?
- if Unsubscribes and you deliberately Pause or Remove, then yes, you will need to use a campaign to restart them.
1. If they are unsubscribed they will not get the email, but we never change them to "Paused"
