      ContactPoint (doing business as "LogMyCalls") is in a phase of significant growth and change. The Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns to meet aggressive sales goals, driving revenue growth by nurturing leads down the sales funnel, and engaging the existing customer base. This position will be responsible for execution of demand generation programs that will drive qualified leads, expand customer touch points, and increase retention rates.

      This position reports to the Director of Demand Generation and will be located in Draper, UT.

      Responsibilities:

      •      

        Marketing Automation: Administer the marketing automation platform (Marketo) by managing email drip campaigns, lead scoring, and lead nurturing rules. Develop set of best practices, document, educate and report results.

             
      •      

        Campaign Design and Execution: Responsible for planning and executing the best possible communications approach for each business unit and ensuring we maximize all channel opportunities.

             
      •      

        Campaign Analysis: Track and report all campaign metrics to various business units and leverage that analysis to make recommendations and improvements on campaign performance.

             
      •      

        Design, deploy, and optimize automated lead segmentation, routing and scoring logic with the ultimate goal to increase response rates, engagement, and drive measurable pipeline.

             
      •      

        Educate the sales team on new campaign activities and areas of opportunity

             
      •      

        Develop and produce reports to provide visibility across the sales funnel, program success and database health

             
      •      

        Work with the content marketing team to develop and implement lead nurture programs

             
      •      

        Quickly identify and solve problems in the sales process or marketing campaigns

             
      •      

        Develop creative solutions to accelerate opportunity pipeline growth

             
      •      

        Implement continuous data quality management programs

             
      •      

        Manage marketing programs to increase demand with both digital and traditional marketing tactics, as needed

             

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      •      

        5+ years of experience with B2B marketing programs in the high tech, SaaS, business intelligence, and/or computer software industries

             
      •      

        5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.

             
      •      

        3+ years of B2B email marketing

             
      •      

        Lead nurturing. The ability to nurture leads from inquiries to hand raisers, and from hand raisers to revenue

             
      •      

        Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as Adobe Create Suite or other HTML editing tools

             
      •      

        A pro in Excel. You pivot like a boss.

             
      •      

        Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for changes that have impact

             
      •      

        Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices in email, content integration, and lead nurturing

             
      •      

        Experience creating reports/dashboards/sales pipelines

             
      •      

        Self-starter and ability to operate independently.

             
      •      

        Demonstrated ability to work well with a team.

             
      •      

        A sense of humor

             
      •      

        You think landing page optimization is fun, A/B testing is cool, and think of new ways to analyze data while out on the weekend

             
      •      

        Curious, capable and driven to quickly learn new technologies and continually upgrade current skill set. Not afraid to experiment and try new tactics

             
      •      

        Ability to proactively identify opportunities for marketing operations optimization and quickly research and implement solutions

             
      •      

        Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

             
      •      

        Demonstrated ability to create forms, programs, smart campaigns, smart lists, lead scoring, progressive profiling and reporting in Marketo or similar automation software

             
      •      

        Comfortable and cozy with data, analytics, and analytics and optimization tools (GA, Optimizely, etc.)

             
      • Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable
