      We have an immediate need for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the marketing team’s infrastructure (marketing automation system, CRM operations, and lead database) and to help drive efficient pipeline generation. This is a cross functional role that will work very closely with sales operations, and impact the 90+ person sales team. This person will be responsible for creating segmented nurture streams based on lead profiles, managing lead scoring, and other marketing operations and automation projects.

      What You Will Be Doing

      • Manage the marketing automation system. Manage and maintain Marketo and the integration with Salesforce.com. Ensure the data is collected, organized, and shared efficiently between systems. Manage data sourcing and hygiene and look for process improvements where possible. Optimize lead scoring, email scheduling and segmentation, and lead distribution and follow-up processes with sales. Manage email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.

      • Collaborate with different teams. Interface with sales leadership, sales operations, growth and finance teams. Optimize marketing lead flow and delivery to sales and manipulate Salesforce.com to ensure optimium marketing measurement.

      • Campaign tracking. Assist in monitoring campaigns to ensure full measurement within our systems of record. Proactively spot trends and provide recommendations to continually increase campaign effectiveness.

      • Modeling and reporting. Provide ad hoc modelling and analysis for marketing leadership. Analyze KPIs such as lead generation, pipeline impact, and revenue by various marketing channels, sales teams, and timeframes. Ensure that all KPIs being tracked are aligned with globally defined metrics.


      Need-to-have skills:

      • 4+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing environment with strong operations background.

      • 3+ years of experience with relational databases

      • Excellent written and oral communication skills

      • Demonstrated ability to recommend improvements based on stakeholder requirements, and drive them through to execution.

      • Strong background in Salesforce.com and Marketo (experience with other CRM/Marketing Automation considered)

      • Process and quality orientation with attention to detail

      • Strong analytical and teamwork skills; ability to learn quickly

      Nice-to-have skills:

      • Ability to translate globally defined marketing processes and roll out to all marketing teams
