Senior Demand Gen/Marketing Automation Manager

Summary
Launch Marketing is looking for a Senior Demand Gen/Marketing Automation Manager to become a key player at our smart and strategic boutique marketing agency located in Austin, TX. This person will need a combination of technical ability and business savvy in order to plan, design, execute and measure marketing automation programs that drive interest and conversions.
 
About You
Requirements: 
  • 5-6 years of B2B  marketing experience, ideally within the technology industry and with a heavy emphasis on using a marketing automation solution
  • Demonstrated experience in translating identified business opportunities into complex and measurable marketing programs that create a continuous demand generation engine
  • Experience executing and measuring marketing automation programs using Marketo and SFDC (or similar marketing automation and CRM software)
  • Marketo certification a major plus
  • Knowledge and use of marketing automation best practices (nurture program building and scheduling, emails and landing pages, lead scoring, report building, multi-touch attribution assessment, etc.)
  • Ability to develop, maintain and manage complex program schedules, budgets, timelines and ongoing reports
  • Skill in building relationships and collaborating effectively with the team and multiple clients
  • Strong communication skills
 
About The Role
The Senior Demand Gen/Marketing Automation Manager will lead key accounts and be responsible for developing and executing complex marketing automation programs that nurture leads and drive demand and conversions. He/she will also measure and report on campaigns, providing data trends and recommending actions for improvements based on metrics and best practices. This individual will work closely with and be supported by other team members for campaign execution. Role details include:
 
  • Collaborate with key clients to develop marketing strategies that address their business and marketing goals
  • Execute and measure automation campaigns that fulfill the strategy and support overall marketing campaigns and programs, considering all variables needed for success
  • Assess marketing automation user flow and functionality utilization and provide recommendations on how to improve in both areas
  • Provide expertise and advice on best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, program structure, testing, projected results, etc.
  • Implement planned marketing activities for your accounts and support others accounts, including:
    • Identify and manage resources needed to complete various aspects of the work
    • Work closely with team members on the execution of campaigns
    • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign results
    • Provide recommendations to continually increase campaign effectiveness
    • Ensure clients maintain a high level of satisfaction with the work and results achieved
