You can filter on whether there has been an Activity logged but you cannot enter constraints based on type, such as Email, Meeting, Call, etc. You can enter other constraints such as Owner, Priority, and Date.
I'm trying to create an email that goes out when a voicemail is left to a lead. In SalesForce, this is captured by logging a call (activity) and placing either "lvm", "vm", or "voicemail" in the subject.
Using the Activity is Logged trigger, I hope to accomplish the above. However, when actually logging a call in SalesForce, the trigger does not fire.
The activity is captured in the sync, as I can see the Activity in the Activity Log of the lead.
Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
