      Marketing Program Manager Job Description

      The Marketing Program Manager will be an integral part of the Marketing organization, responsible for the strategy, coordination and execution of compelling marketing programs, intended to build awareness and generate demand for the Sales organization. This role will be focused on building awareness and generating demand for Tintri, by working with agencies, third-party marketing vendors, list brokers and partners as the primary drivers of these programs. These programs will be aligned with our overall marketing go-to-market plans and are a key component to our overall demand generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the creation and execution of these programs, including setup, testing, lead management and analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience working with lead generation, managing outside vendors and online media. We are also looking for a candidate that brings a positive attitude, is detail oriented, results driven, and a dependable team player.

      Core Job Responsibilities:
      • Day-to-day demand generation program management
      • Maintain online media schedule
      • Vendor and budget management
      • Manage lead hand-off from Marketing to Sales or Marketing Automation Platform
      • Partner with other internal teams to influence and guide content development plans
      • Compile, track, and analyze marketing campaign metrics
      • Present monthly findings to extended Marketing team
      • Maintain awareness of new online strategies and tactics for lead generation
      • Assist in new marketing projects/initiatives as necessary
      • Work with other departments to support product launches and expansion of target markets
      Requirements:
      • BA/BS in business, marketing, communications, or technical-related field.
      • 3-5 years of marketing or media related experience
      • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, calendars, and tasks.
      • Strong vendor management skills
      • Online marketing experience and baseline knowledge of lead generation
      • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Ability to juggle multiple programs on tight deadlines with an attention to detail
