how to configure sales insight with salesforce prof.

We are trying to configure Marketo with Saleforce professional, sync is working but while configuration of sales insight we are getting error.
We are facing configuration problem as follow:
Required fields are not configured in Salesforce.
Relative Score (Lead)
Relative Urgency (Lead)
Relative Score (Contact)
Relative Urgency (Contact)

SFDC Professional requires all Marketo fields to be visible on the page layout. That is probably the issue here. Did you look in Setup > Fields for these fields?
Please follow the initial sync and sales insight instructions.
