Two things to check.
- Are you exiting from the Send Marketo Email window and then reloading it? You have to do that for the drop-down list to be refreshed with any changes.
- Are you sure you are unchecking the Publish to Sales Insight checkbox on the same email. You can have an email with the same name, but in a different folder. Perhaps change the name of the email slightly and see if the change appears in the SFDC Sales Insight drop-down list.
Another thing to make sure is that after you uncheck the publish box, may sure you approve the email or else the changes won't take effect.1 of 1 people found this helpful
Thank you! The approval after checking to unpublish the email was where I went wrong. Everything is cleaned up now. Thanks for your help.
