We have just put into place an Open Lead SLA Alert process that seems to have a glitch in it. It's looking at the revenue cycle model which is triggered when a form is completed and the lead status is "open". I want the SLA Alert email to trigger 3 days after the form has been completed and the lead status is still "open". But the problem is if the Lead has been open for several days but the form has just been completed, the campaign isn't realizing the 3 day SLA needs to start 3 days after the form is completed, not 3 days since the lead has been "open". Does anyone have any suggestions on a work around?
