Is this a field you have in SFDC? Make sure the Marketo User that is synced with SalesForce has access to the field. If it does, it should appear as a filter choice in Marketo.
How can I check if it is a field in SFDC? I see it as a column when I look up the account list.
So then yes, it is a field. Ask your SFDC Admin to give your Marketo User's profile read/write access.
