Lissette, are each of these segments various smart lists or campaings with various filters?
If you made some internal leads which corresponded to each filter, you could send to a static list of those leads and make sure things go through the right way.
Erik's method, while cumbersome, is really the best way to do it. Create a list of leads that have email addresses to which you have access, give them the proper data values to put them into each segment, and test.
Or you could just trust Marketo :-)
