I have a few problems lately where one of our scheduled campaigns has not launched for a significant amount of time after when it was scheduled. I'm fine when it takes 10-15 minutes to launch, especially on the occasions when we email clients which are very large lists. However, the last few that have been delayed have been more than an hour after when they were scheduled. This is causing problems in our group since we try to launch a final webinar reminder to registrants 2 hours before the start of the live webinar. But with the delays, we're questioning when we should be scheduling these.
Anyone else having problems or have any ideas on what we can do to help this?
