Approved Templates overwriting Email Drafts

Hi there,

We have email drafts that are using a single, approved template within Design Studio. When editing the email, we are going through the proper "Edit - Save - Approve Draft" process, which keeps the changes. When going back into the email designer to continue editing (10 minute wait), the drafts revert back to the template form.

All of the templates have been approved and un-edited. What could be causing this anomoly, and what are steps to rectify?
