This is Maneeza! Not sure what is going on with my profile.
So far we are still going with the focused group approach. As we continue to grow globally I think we may start to consider having a dedicated Marketo power user in international locations but not yet!
What seems to work well for me is
1 SFDC Admin
1 Marketo Admin/Power User
regional marketing managers as needed who can seek training and advice from the first two.
If your team is very distributed and large, then you should have at least 1 Marketo Admin/Power User in each region.
But you need to be clear on the rules for resolving data disputes and changes to your workflows if you allow more than 1 person to be involved.
