Track Twitter Impact on Registrations

We had a successful webcast recently, and we made aggressive use of Twitter to drive registrations. In a couple of cases we saw registrations come in right after we Tweeted, but of course are not sure if Twitter supplied those visitors to our registration page.

Given that we do not subscribe to Marketo Social Media solution, can someone suggest a way for tracking Twitters impact on the campaign?
