When you say the no URL is showing, are you looking at your email with the email preview?
If so, it is normal as the tokens must refer to a lead. To make sure the tokens work properly, you should test it sending it to yourself.
No I registered for the webinar and looked at the confirmation mail sent via marketo which has the token included.
Progession statusses work and I am also listed as a participant within Adobe connect.
Kristin, if you have statuses up and running and the webinar connected then it should be working. I'd open a support case!
Could it have something to do with the Adobe Version used ?

I read the integration manual couple days ago and as far as I remember you have to have your progression status change to "Registered" BEFORE you could send an email with a conformation and a url. Can this be the case?
