      Wholesale Project Coordinator – Irving, Texas
      Overview: Franklin American Mortgage Company is looking for a professional, energetic individual to join our Wholesale team in our office in Irving, Texas. This position will work closely with our Account Executives and assist them on a technical level.
      Duties Include:
      •           Work with Excel and Pivot Tables to analyze Loan & Borrower data.
      •           Work closely with Salesforce Integration and IT teams to build and enhance Salesforce CRM as required.
      •           Be a Salesforce CRM Administrator. Learn how to build reports and dashboards, manage active users and understand user roles, understand workflows and validation rules, build views, troubleshoot issues, and understand relationship to LOS system.
      •           Train Wholesale Account Executives on how to use Salesforce and offer additional training courses for advanced users.
      •           Be a Marketo (email marketing) Administrator. Learn how to build and maintain the system.
      •           Work closely with Marketing to develop and ensure campaigns are being delivered as required.
      •           Create and deliver reporting to assist the Account Executives.
      •           Research products and services that can help Account Executives become more efficient.
      What we need from you:
      •           Expert level Excel experience
      •           Prior mortgage experience preferred
      •           Knowledge using Salesforce and/or Marketo preferred
      •           Excellent communication skills
      •           Professional dress and demeanor
