You must go to the email in Marketo and edit the draft. Change the setting to uncheck Publish to Sales Insight.
You may also have to go to the Email Templates section of your SFDC account to delete the template, although this usually is done by Marketo.
How would I acess an email sent through Sales Insight in Marketo? I tried to select it in sales insight but there is no way to delete it?
