    Revenue Cycle Model- Opportunity Stage Tracking for Multiple Opportunities

      After implementing RCA at the beginning of 2013, I am now seeing both customers and prospects who were previously tagged with our Revenue Stage "Leads w/Lost Opps" or "Leads w/Won Opps" become re-engaged in SFDC with new Open Opportunities.  From what I know about RCA, you can't "reset" a person's Revenue Stage back to "Leads w/Open Opps"
      Any ideas on how to handle this? I'm also pushing the RS values to custom fields in SFDC for Leads and Contacts, so I can get visibility of where people are in the RCA process.
