Nope, what you see is what you get. If someone else has something different to say I've commented to hear their other ideas.
I was looking into doing -10% for every month without acivity. Unfortunately I haven't found an answer yet. However I think you could use your CRm to do it. You could create a macro in SF to multiply the lead score by 2 if the lead is added to a specificly created SF campaign. So don't change the lead score, but "Add to SFDC Campaign = Multiply Lead Score Campaign".
P.s. I haven't tested this yet ;-)
