    Marketo power user for lead & data management role at Castlight Health in SF

      FT Contractor: Marketo Operations and Lead/Data Management
       
      Join our team at Castlight Health as the in-house Marketo power user who can leap any tall challenge in a single bound. You’re the type who loves systems and process and can’t get enough of Marketo and SFDC.  You’re overflowing with intellectual horsepower, but you’re willing to get your hands dirty to get things done.
       
      This is a temp-to-perm position that requires spending your days at our beautiful and fun SF office, overlooking the Bay Bridge. (Sorry, no remote candidates please).
       
      As a member of a dynamic team, you’ll play a critical role in building a world-class demand generation organization at an exciting company that has an important social mission within health care! 
       
      Primary areas of responsibility:
      Manage multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders across marketing, sales and sales operations.
       
      Lead management/lifecycle
      ·      Play a leadership role in refining Castlight’s lead management processes to ensure optimal lead flow,; accurate assignment and alerts; timely follow-up; and high data quality
      ·      Spearhead alignment with sales team so that stakeholders are properly trained on how to find and act on leads
      ·      Ensure lead assignment rules match complex and ever-changing territory maps across both Marketo and SFDC platforms
      ·      Identify and fix “black holes” where leads are getting misrouted or lost
      ·      Maintain detailed documentation that communicates your thinking/actions and how they relate to business goals
       
      Data management
      ·      Lead marketing database strategy, including acquisition, hygiene, and data quality analysis
      ·      Manage process of introducing new fields and/or field values in MKTO and SFDC – from ideation to proposal, execution, data mapping, testing and reporting
      ·      Own, maintain and improve more than 20 Marketo data management campaigns to support Castlight’s ambitious data quality goals
      ·      Build and execute campaigns that append missing data from key SFDC fields
      ·      Monitor Demandbase implementation, make changes as necessary, and report on results and ROI
      ·      Map and import data from list purchases
      ·      Create and maintain core database segments that streamline list building and reporting
       
      Lead scoring and lead lifecyle
      ·      Evaluate and periodically revise lead scoring model to ensure it keeps pace with ever-changing business needs
      ·      Own, maintain and improve Marketo RCA installation and associated lead lifecycle campaigns
       
      Ad-hoc support
      ·      Act as first line of support for demand gen campaigns; although team members generally build their own programs, assets and campaigns, they sometimes need troubleshooting support or an extra set of hands
      ·      Evaluate and implement third party solutions to meet the needs of the Marketing team
      ·      Additional ad-hoc tasks as required by business needs
       
      Requirements
      ·      B.S. or B.A. degree
      ·      A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations
      ·      Deep understanding of Salesforce.com and Marketo (2-years of experience preferred)
      ·      Excellent problem-solving, strategy and analytical skills and the ability to ‘win over others’
      ·      Extensive understanding of sales process and marketing/sales hand-offs
      ·      Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and running large, complex projects
      ·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas into simplified presentations
