Is there something in specific you're referring to? I want to be sure we're talking about the same thing, whether it is a class or a particular article.
The intro modules - #2 - directs us to create an email. The visuals don't match with reality. Reality is a drop down menu BLOCK, with an email option. So I clicked on it and instead of having options that include Round Corners - per the training module - I have only one option BLANK.
It appears as if I have to ignore the linear layout of the modules. I must go directly to design an email. Create my own template then begin the modules in a linear fashion.
Needless to say it is driving me crazy...
Normally all customers have that Round Corner template already in their system. It's possible to delete it, but it should have started there. I'm sorry this happened to you.
I will email support and let them know so you can get back on track.
I was quick to post when I was having a problem, so I should be just as quick when a solution was found. If you are having the same problem as of this date - March 4 - here are some things to keep in mind:
1) I went to the introductory training too early. It can take as many as 5 days before the Round Corners template appears, because Marketo has to do some work on it to make it feel like it is your own.
2) If you are really familiar with HTML and have used other systems, you may be able to download the HTML code and create your own missing template if you can't wait for the provisioning.
3) There is a disconnect between the training module and the live site - but that is being fixed. We all know that websites and training modules are fluid. Keeping them in sync can be a challenge.
