    Leads not syncing to SFDC because Job Title is blank

      I have leads in Marketo that are not syncing to Salesforce.com. It appears the reason is due to the Job Title field being blank. Is this a default setting in Marketo or happening due to some criteria our previous administrator inserted that I need to hunt down?
