Hi Michelle, I don't think this field is cleared once an email is delivered. It seems like this field keeps the latest "suspended" message. It's also not possible to add this through the UI, so maybe it can be solved with support.
Thanks Itay. Have you ever reached out to support to have any of your email suspended message cleared? I wish it functioned similarly to the invalid email cause field where you can clear it yourself. I'll try to support.
Hi, there are articles on this. The value can not be cleared. As would need to know that it was suspended at some point in time (with reason). No need to contact support.
