      Title: Demand Generation Manager
      Reports to: Director of Integrated Marketing
       
      The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for the demand and lead generation campaigns with a focus on crafting and executing programs, then tracking and reporting on the results. The main objectives of this role are to generate an incremental sales pipeline for products and services by influencing the marketplace, capturing prospective and existing clients, and generating and converting leads through the sales funnel.
       
      Responsibilities:
      •           Research, develop, and implement demand and lead generation infrastructure, including execution steps, content requirements, reporting templates, and supporting systems management
      •           Execute demand and lead generation activities, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement for sales opportunities and realized revenue
      •           Strategically integrate and leverage demand generation tactics, including marketing automation, database management, email marketing, event marketing, content marketing, social marketing, and online marketing
      •           Actively solicit input from key stakeholders regarding new demand and lead generation program requirements, as well as client activation and engagement programs to drive client retention and expansion
      •           Ensure market- and client-facing teams have the necessary tools and training around leveraging Marketo and Salesforce.com to drive measurable pipeline to close
       
      Requirements:
      •           4-6 years of experience with solid demonstrable results in demand generation, lead generation, marketing automation, email marketing, marketing database management
      •           Solid working knowledge and expertise managing Marketo marketing automation integrated with Salesforce.com CRM, as well as HootSuite social media management
      •           Blend of creative thinking capabilities with marketing analysis experience; Interest/desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
      •           Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close velocity and retention/expansion ratios
      •           Strong interpersonal skill and ability to influence others without formal authority
      •           Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      •           Bachelor’s Degree required
      •           Position will be based in our Alpharetta campus (no exceptions)
