This looks like unexpected behaviour. I have logged a support case on your behalf, the case number is 161056.
I will investigate the issue and respond to you as soon as possible.
I have logged a bug with our engineering team.
The problem occurs when the end-user selects English (Singapore) as their end user locale.

If you click on the support tab at the top of the community you should lland on the support home page. On the left hand side of this page you should see My cases which is then further broken down into Open,closed etc.You should find your cases in here.
