1 of 1 people found this helpfulYou can either set a smart campaign consisting of smart list of your colleagues or go lead by lead if that is a very small number.
The flow step is Change Program Status or, if changing individually, Lead Actions - Programs - Change Program Status. Setting to "Not in Program" will effectively remove them.
You can also go to the Event, click "Members", choose your coworkers and change status to "not in program"

I had the same doubt and the solutions provided here helped me today.
Come across a strange one today based on this. I removed two people from an event program (internal folk including myself) by using the Not in Program option.
However my understanding was that if they resubmitted the form it would re-add them and change the status based on our smart campaigns (I have enabled run through each more than once).
Yet, the lead in question (and my own) are not being re-added.
Pretty sure they should be
