Test to assess Marketo skills

I'm hiring a senior programs manager and want to assess the person's Marketo skill set. Can anyone share any tests that you have given to canddidates in the past?

This won't help right now, but Marketo is supposed to be making additional levels of certification - not just the overall "Marketo Certified."

In the future, hopefully more folks will have the different levels of certification, which will help other marketers (particularly in the position of hiring) to gauge their skills.

I created a new role type to give the candidate a special type of access (basically couldn't activate smart campaigns etc) to our instance of Marketo and asked them to set up a campaign with certain requirement and take screen shots of the process. It was very telling and made the selection process much easier.
