The refresh copies all data from production to a newly provisioned sandbox, assigning a new SFDC OrgID.That effeftively breaks the sync because the OrgID in Marketo no longer maches the SFDC sandbox.Normally that is done through a Support Case. What is the instance name? There are four:windriversandboxwindriversandbox2windriversandbox3windriversandbox4
You will need to enter the credentials for the refreshed sandbox at Admin - Salesforce once Marketo updates the OrgID.
