Visualizing Lead Quality by Marketing Channel

We want to better understand the quality of leads that are being driven by a particular marketing program.

We'd like to see what happens with leads 10 days, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days after filling out a form on our website. Metrics we think make sense to look at are:
  1.           Lead score
  2.           Lead status
  3.           Opportunity Generated / Pipeline
  4.           Opportunity Closed
Ultimately what's happening currently is leads are coming in by downloading a piece of content, etc... and then added to a drip nurture campaign. What we're lacking is a real sense for how many of them are potential business partners or how many just enjoy our content.

If anyone has suggestions on what types of reports or how to build a comprehensive report to answer these questions it would be much appreciated!
