Sounds like your cname isn't set up properly or fully.
Thanks MikedTurner - we have our cname setup as pages.appdirect.com. I searched the Marketo help and couldn't find anything related to setting up a cname and email sending. Any chance you can help suggest some keywords for me to search for?
At the moment I'm not even sure what to ask my IT guy.
You need CNAMEs set up for both landing pages as well as email tracking. I'm suspecting your Email tracking has not been set up. Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll send you a sheet that shows how to set up the configuration. Otherwise, you may need to set up a case with support to see if it is set up properly.
