      Current Need: Interactive Marketing Associate
      Position Description
      Preferred location for this position is Newton, MA,  Malvern or Blue Bell, PA
      The Interactive Marketing Associate is responsible for translating online interactive marketing strategies and brand requirements to actionable concepts. This person would lead assigned projects from development through to execution.
      •           Develop and deploy various digital based marketing projects including html emails, newsletters, webinars, microsites, etc under the direction of the Director, Creative Services.
      •           Work with Director of Creative Strategy to maintain MHS’s presence on McKesson.com, McKNet and MHS intranet sites.
      •           Manage utilization of data for marketing programs and work with Marketo automation system to deploy tactics, measure, and analyze impact
      •           Work with vendors and manage project plans to complete projects – printing, etc.
      Key Responsibilities                                                                                                                             
      •           Manage utilization of data for marketing programs and work with Marketo to deploy tactics and measure impact.    60%
      •           Develop and deploy various web-based marketing projects including html emails, newsletters, webinars, microsites, etc under the direction of the Director, Creative Services    20%
      •           Work with Director of Creative Strategy to maintain MHS’s presence on external and internal websites. (McKesson.com, MHSDialogue, MHSOnline)          10%
      •           Work with vendors and manage project plans to complete projects – printing, etc.      10%
       Minimum Requirements 5+ years experience in marketing
      Critical Skills
       Business Experience:3 years interactive/online marketing experience.
       Software skills
      •           Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) – solid working knowledge
      •           Marketing automation systems – Marketo or equivalent (i.e. Eloqua)
      Other qualifications/skills:
      •           Exceptional interactive project management experience
      •           Excellent analytic skills
      •           Experience working with a cross-functional team in project execution
      •           Ability to work with tight and aggressive deadlines
      •           Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      •           Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Internet/new media industry
      •           Knowledge if e-mail and database marketing; including database functionality, email formats and regulations, and copywriting principles
      •           Familiar with element of marketing mix, i.e media, interactive, relationship marketing, promotions, advertising and merchandising
      •           2+ years experience in interactive projects and campaign management
      •           Familiar with creative design and relevant tools (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite) (not required but a strong plus)
      Education: 4-year degree in Marketing,  Business or related field or equivalent experience
      Physical Requirements: Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) – working conditions will include office environment as well as some travel on an as needed basis.
      Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) – normal office requirements.
      Travel – Approximately 2- 3 trips per year
