    Opportunity Analysis - Amount Differs between SFDC and MKTO.

      I understand that MKTO uses the SFDC "Amount" field for revenue.  I also understand that RCE is a day behind SFDC, so is not always up to date.  What I don't understand is why for a fixed period in the past, why the Amount MKTO reports is different from SFDC.

      An example:

      I run a report in SFDC on Opportunities Closed Won Feb'13 to Apr'13.  The figure is, for the sake of argument £1,000,000, with say 100 records

      I run an Opportunity Analysis report in MKTO with Closed Month = Feb'13 to Apr'13, Closed = Yes, Won = Yes.  The figure is different, in this case LESS, e.g. £800,000 and fewer records, say 80.

      When I check each individual month they are all out.

      It seems apparent that MKTO is not picking up all the records that exist - how can this happen?  This week, i.e. 2 days ago we updated all our Opportunties to make sure they had Contact Roles.  Does MKTO only include the opportunity after the Contact Role is added, therefore if the opp is already closed when I add the contact role I can't back date any analysis?
