Most SFDC subscriptions have email address as a required field, so we can't sync it over. If that is not the case for yours you may be able to make that work, but you probably want to test it first as I'm not certain.
We had that requirement too as Erik mentions above. But, for leads that we obtain through a bought list, we don't have email addresses and I actualy require the Insdide sales person to find an excuse to get the email address. In effect, the need to sync caused us to review the mandatory fields in SFDC. We now don't it as a mandatory field. And so yes, it syncs with SFDC as a consequence.
