We are passing out postcards offering free download at Tradeshows starting this month. The program we are building will trigger anyone that visits the landing page on the post card and completes the form on it to become an Open lead. However, we do not want them to become an Open lead for 48-72 hours ost download since they will be at the tradeshow/travelling during that time. We are ideally timing it so that our Sales team follows up with them when they are back in the office. If they become Open leads too quickly and our sales reps call within 24 hours they are likely to still be at the show... how can we set it up so they are created as leads/flipped to an Open lead status 48 hours+ after filling out this form?
You would simply need to add a 2 or 3 day wait step to the beginning of the flow in your smart campaign. This will allow the campaign to trigger when the lead fills out the form, but wait the designated period before they become open. Alternatively, you can se the wait step to end on a specific time and date, so that the leads become open after your tradeshow has ended.
