      POSITION SUMMARY
      The Marketing Coordinator will be part of Winshuttle’s marketing team and will report to the Director of Demand Generation. In this role he/she is responsible for assisting the marketing team to implement marketing plans using a wide range of traditional and digital marketing tactics. This motivated individual will specifically help with the management of email marketing campaigns, events and webinars, web presence, data hygiene and data base management, search marketing and other online marketing activities. The role is based in Bothell.
      ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
      •                Assist as required with the execution of:                
        •                          events and webinars, pre, onsite and post event activities including lead management
        •                          campaigns and lead management
        •                          database projects
        •                          web content updates using the Wordpress content management system (training will be provided)
        •                          search marketing support for SEO and Pay-per-click
        •                          social media activities in LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and blogs
                  
      •                Leverage the company’s marketing automation and other tools (training will be provided).
      •                Lead marketing department continuous improvement initiatives including data base and process documentation, naming conventions and other operational tasks.
      •                Manage relationships and deliverables of external marketing agencies and other service providers as relevant.
      •                Assist in tracking and monitoring success and return of all marketing activities.
      •                Assist with budget management.
            
      DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
      •                1-4 years B2B marketing experience
      •                Team player and self-starter in a high-growth environment
      •                BA or BS in English, Communications, Marketing or other relevant degree or experience.
      •                Strong project management / organizational skills; comfortable with numbers; excellent attention to detail.
      •                Good English language and writing skills; Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal form.
      •                Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools desirable
      •                Experience with web content management tools desirable
      •                Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues in other departments and time zones, with suppliers and with company affiliates.
      •                One or more European languages desirable.
            
      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
      While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, operate a personal computer, visually inspect forms, conduct oral communication via telephone and in person, and occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds.
