It looks like your Smart List total value is counting each lead twice. Is this resolved when you click either the green refresh button at the bottom of the list, or the total value link in the bottom right?
If not, post a screenshot of your smart list filters along with some further information either here or as a Support ticket, and I'm sure the cause of the issue will be succesfully pinpointed.

It may be really duplicates entering Marketo via Salesforce (no de-dupe).
