Outlook Email Add-in - Inactive application?

My colleague and I both installed the sales insight email add-in for Outlook 2010. Mine worked perfectly and I can see the Marketo buttons on the ribbon. 

My colleague installed but does not have the buttons. The add-in window shows his Marketo add-in in the "inactive application add-in" list instead of active. 

Anyone know how to fix this?
